Ingredients
  • ¼ cup dried cherries
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • ½ cup sorghum
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. In a small sauce pan, stir together all ingredients except cherries.
  2. Heat mixture on medium heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. When the mixture thickens add cherries and cook for 5 more minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  5. Serve drizzled over the top of your bacon wrapped pork tenderloin.
