Strawberry Tequila Sour

Serves: 1 cocktail
  • 7 ripe strawberries, sliced
  • ½ oz of simple syrup
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz tequila
  • Crushed ice to serve
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries, simple syrup, lime juice, and coconut water until the strawberries almost look pureed.
  2. Add tequila and fill ⅔ full with ice.
  3. Shake until very chilled and well mixed, about 30 seconds.
  4. Strain into serving glass filled ⅔ full with crushed ice.
To make simple syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar in a small sauce pan and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Store what you don't use for up to 5 days in the refrigerator!
