Boozy Bananas Foster Milkshakes

Serves: 4 8oz Shakes
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • ⅔ cup Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1⅓ cup whole milk
  • Whipped cream for topping
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar and heat until sugar dissolves, stirring as needed (about 2 min).
  2. Gently stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Place bananas in skillet and heat for about two minutes.
  4. Gently turn bananas over and continue heating for two more minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  5. Pour all of the cooled sauce and bananas into your blender, along with the Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, vanilla ice cream, and whole milk.
  6. Blend on low to mix the ingredients, then slowly bring the speed up to high, then blend for about 30 seconds.
  7. Pour into 8 oz glasses and topped with whipped cream.
