Greek Chicken Salad Pitas

Serves: Serves 6
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of grated garlic
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, deseeded, and chopped
  • 2 12oz packages of Tyson Foods Refrigerated Fully Cooked Chicken Breast, diced
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Pitas for serving
  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except for the pitas, in a large bowl and mix well to combine. Chill for at least 30 minutes and spoon into pitas.
