Banana Cacao Oat Smoothie

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet cinnamon spice instant oatmeal (or ¼ cup oats with ¼ tsp ground cinnamon)
  • 1 frozen banana (or a ripe fresh banana with a handful of ice)
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
