Tuna Sesame Power Bowl

  • 8 ounces Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
For the Sesame Dressing
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups leafy greens, I used kale
  • ¼ cup edamame
  • ¼ cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • gochujang or Sriracha, if desired
  1. Combine tuna, mayo, and soy sauce together in a small bowl and stir together. Set aside.
For the Sesame Dressing
  1. Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and crushed red pepper together in a small bowl. Set aside
To Assemble
  1. Arrange remaining ingredients together in a bowl, top with tuna and drizzle with sesame dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds and top with either gochujang or Sriracha, if desired
