If you’ve been on TikTok or Instagram the last couple of months, you’ve likely come across Hailey Bieber’s Pizza Toast that went viral. I decided to make my own spin on it, and combine the flavors of that dish with the method of the TikTok Feta Pasta to get the Hailey Bieber Tik Tok Pizza Pasta.
Hailey’s toast begins by toasting sourdough, then layering it with burrata, fresh tomatoes seasoned with truffle oil, salt, pepper, and lemon. It’s baked in the oven until warm and bubbly, then topped with parmesan, marinara sauce, and more truffle oil. Delish! I thought that those flavors would be so good in a pasta dish and I was right!

Hailey Bieber Tik Tok Pizza Pasta Ingredients and Subs
truffle oil – You can find this at any grocery store these days along with the other oils.
red pepper flakes
lemon – I only use the zest, but you can also hit the dish with a squeeze of the lemon juice before serving.
marinara sauce – you can use homemade or storebought. Rao’s and Lucini are my two faves!
Burrata – You’ll find this with the fresh mozzarella!
dried rigatoni – any short-cut pasta like penne or fusilli would work as well.
How to make Hailey Bieber Tik Tok Pizza Pasta
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Add tomatoes, truffle oil, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to a baking dish and toss to coat the tomatoes. Pour over the marinara sauce and toss once more.
Nestle the burrata in the middle of the tomato mixture and drizzle with a bit more truffle oil and a pinch of salt. Bake for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the rigatoni al dente according to the package directions. Reserve a mug full of pasta water, then drain.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and add the cooked pasta. Stir to evenly distribute the sauce and cheese. If needed, you can gradually add the reserved pasta water to get your preferred sauce consistency. Grate fresh parmesan all over the top and serve immediately.
