This Summer Sunrise Punch is perfect for this crazy heatwave we’re having! With only 4 simple ingredients, you’ll be cooling off in no time!
Guys, it’s hot. I’m pregnant. The two things don’t mix, I’m here to tell ya. The two things that are keeping me from losing my mind this is summer are my parents’ swimming pool and delicious, cold, fruity drinks like this Summer Sunshine Punch.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I have such fond memories tied to punch. My great aunt used to be responsible for making it at every single family function, and it was always such a fun treat to look forward to.
Without fail, the only type of ginger ale she used was Canada Dry and she always did all of her shopping at Kroger (and at the last minute), just like me. Perhaps that’s where my love for ginger ale started!
This summer, Canada Dry has released a new spin on a classic flavor: Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade. I’m honestly in love. If you’re looking for the perfect refreshing drink to sip while relaxing by the pool, this is it.
Now that I’m all grown up and starting a family, I think it may be time to start a fun punch tradition of my own, at least in the summer when everyone is unwinding outside together. This recipe only has four ingredients: orange juice, frozen strawberries, lemon sorbet, and ginger ale and lemonade.
If you’re curious about the flavor of ginger ale and lemonade, it’s like the original Canada Dry Ginger Ale that’s been kissed by your favorite lemonade. It’s just enough to make it super refreshing and not overpowering at all. Seriously, you have to try it for yourself.
Make it your goal to take some time to treat yourself and relax this summer, and let me know what you like to do to unwind!

I made this for a summer birthday party with homemade lemon sorbet. What a hit! Everyone including me loved it. I couldn't find the gingerale with lemon so just regular Canada Dry Gingerale.
