With the weekend coming up, you can never have too many cocktail recipes in your arsenal. These Perfect Peach Daiquiris will be the hit of your party!

The Perfect Peach Daiquiris=

Guys, tomorrow is my birthday! 🎉 29 big ones! I’ve always been someone who’s very into my birthday, and I don’t see that changing with age. This year, I’m celebrating with The Perfect Peach Daiquiris made with Blue Chair Bay Rum.

My most memorable birthday was at the age of 8. I had a Pocahontas birthday cake and my favorite gift was Pretty Pretty Princess. The year was 1996 and Macarena was the biggest song of the year.

I was obsessed with boys (yes, even at 8), I had crooked teeth, and an equally as crooked bob haircut. I loved bucket hats, dressing like Sally Jessy Raphael (unintentionally), and I loved life.

And here we are at age 29. That was 21 years ago. That’s nuts. This has been a CRAZY year for me. We bought our first house right before my birthday last year and I’ve finally settled into working for myself.

It’s been full of anxiety, learning experiences, and self-discovery and I can’t wait to see what this year holds. I have a feeling it’s going to be a good one.

Let’s celebrate with a daiquiri! This one has only 4 ingredients + ice and it’s absolutely delicious. I used juicy fresh peaches, honey, white rum, and lime juice. It’s lightly sweet, perfectly peachy, and has just the right amount of rum. Seriously, you have to make it for Labor Day weekend!

I have a question. Do you take the skin off the peaches? And also happy birthday

Hi Keith! Thank you! I do leave the skin on the peaches but you can also peel them. Whatever works for you!

I’d love to make these but I don’t have fresh but canned peaches. How many ounces of canned peaches would you recommend?
    Thank you!
